September 2 First Friday: Downtown for Dogs
The Canton Arts District has gone to the dogs! Grab your friends, family, (and Fido, too!) and join the party at Downtown for Dogs, on September’s First Friday event.
VIP Petcare will be on hand giving away tote bags, leashes, coupons, and Frisbees! For $18, stop in their mobile pet center and get your pup microchipped!
Don’t have a pet? No worries! Adoptable pets will be on the Grapes in a Glass patio between 4 and 6pm.
From 5-8pm, check out the Canton Museum of Art’s newest art exhibition, “Reflected Self: Exploring Expressive Art Through Therapy”, bringing together people who have overcome life challenges.
At 6:30pm, some of our city’s most prestigious men will strut their stuff in high heels for the Walk-A-Mile in Her Shoes event, raising money for the Domestic Violence Project. Registration begins at 5:30pm at Canton Brewing Company.
